Engineering support for European manufacturers, with a working day that overlaps yours.

Design, analysis, plant and electrical engineering delivered from Bengaluru and Pune, with several hours of live overlap with UK and European teams.

Why work with us

Why European engineering teams add an offshore partner.

Many European manufacturers face a shortage of experienced engineers and uneven project loads. An offshore partner adds capacity and skills without long recruitment cycles.

  • Capacity on demand

Add engineers for a project or a defined period, then release them when the work is done.

  • Specialist skills

CAE, plant, piping and electrical engineering skills you can call on when a project needs them.

  • Live overlap

UK and European working hours overlap with the India working day by four to seven hours, so questions get answered the same day.

  • Cost efficiency

Offshore execution delivers significant savings on routine, high-volume engineering work.

Time zones

Working-day overlap with India.

India is between 2.5 and 5.5 hours ahead of the UK and Europe, depending on the country and the season. Most of the European working day overlaps with the India working day.

Working-day overlap by location
Your locationOverlap with an India working dayHow it is used
UK and IrelandAbout 4 to 5 hoursMorning calls and reviews, with afternoon hand-over.
Central Europe (CET and CEST)About 5 to 6 hoursReview calls from late morning, with work progressed after your day ends.
Eastern Europe (EET and EEST)About 6 to 7 hoursThe largest overlap, suited to close collaboration.

Illustrative, assuming a 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. working day in India and a 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. day in Europe. Daylight saving changes the overlap by about one hour, and hours can be adjusted by agreement.

Before you start

What to settle before work starts.

  • Confidentiality and IP. Put the non-disclosure agreement and intellectual property terms in place first. Every Profesyst employee signs a non-disclosure agreement.
  • Standards and units. Tell us your drawing standard, such as ISO or DIN conventions, your metric units and your templates, and we will work to them.
  • Personal data. Engineering files rarely contain personal data. If yours do, agree data protection terms for them before sending. Our own handling of personal data is described in the privacy notice.
  • Regulatory responsibility. Conformity, certification and CE marking responsibilities remain with the manufacturer. We support the engineering work that feeds them.
  • Supplier questionnaires. If you run a supplier or information-security review, share it and we will respond.
  • A pilot first. A small, well-defined work package lets you judge quality and communication before a larger commitment.

How an engagement starts.

  1. Share a brief

Send the scope, inputs and standards. We sign an NDA first if you ask.

  2. Agree a pilot

We define a small work package with clear deliverables and review points.

  3. Deliver and review

We deliver, you review, and we feed corrections into the next package.

  4. Scale

Add engineers or work packages as confidence grows.

Frequently asked questions

Does Profesyst have offices in Europe?

No. Profesyst delivers from its engineering centres in Bengaluru and Pune, India. Onsite support at your facility can be discussed for projects that need it.

Can you work to ISO and DIN drafting conventions?

Yes. We work to the drawing standards, units and templates you specify, and we confirm them with you before starting.

Who is responsible for CE marking and conformity?

The manufacturer. Profesyst provides engineering services such as design, analysis and documentation that feed into your conformity process, but we do not take over the manufacturer's regulatory responsibilities.

How is our data protected?

Every Profesyst employee signs a non-disclosure agreement, and our engineering centres run on controlled infrastructure with physical and data security, network security and remote backup. We agree confidentiality and data-handling terms in writing before work starts.

How do we get started?

Send us a short brief, or a sample work package, through the contact form. We confirm scope, inputs, deliverables and review points with you, and a small pilot package is a common way to begin, before committing to a larger programme.
