Engineering support for Australian industry, in a time zone close to ours.
Design, analysis, plant and electrical engineering delivered from Bengaluru and Pune, with live overlap during the Australian working day.
Why work with us
Why Australian engineering teams add an offshore partner.
Specialist engineering skills can be hard to find locally, and project loads rise and fall. An offshore partner gives you flexible capacity in a time zone close to your own.
Flexible capacity
Scale a team up or down as projects start and finish, without permanent hiring.
Specialist skills
CAE, plant, piping and electrical engineering skills for work your team does not do every day.
A close time zone
Australia is between 2.5 and 5.5 hours ahead of India depending on the state and season, so live working is practical.
Cost efficiency
Offshore execution delivers significant savings on routine, high-volume engineering work.
Time zones
Working-day overlap with India.
Our morning is your afternoon. Reviews and hand-overs happen in the afternoon of your day, and our team keeps working after you finish.
| Your location | Overlap with an India working day | How it is used |
|---|---|---|
| Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Hobart | About 2 to 3 hours | Shorter overlap during daylight saving; reviews in your afternoon. |
| Brisbane | About 3 hours | No daylight saving, so the overlap is steady through the year. |
| Adelaide and Darwin | About 2.5 to 3.5 hours | Reviews in your afternoon, with work progressing after you finish. |
| Perth | About 5 hours | The largest overlap, suited to close collaboration. |
Illustrative, assuming a 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. working day in India and a 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. day in Australia. Hours can be adjusted by agreement.
Before you start
What to settle before work starts.
- Confidentiality and IP. Put the non-disclosure agreement and intellectual property terms in place first. Every Profesyst employee signs a non-disclosure agreement.
- Standards and units. Tell us the standards your project follows, for example AS or AS/NZS conventions, your metric units and your templates, and we will work to them.
- Regulatory responsibility. Design registration, certification and sign-off requirements remain with you or your registered professionals. We support the engineering work that feeds them.
- Secure transfer. Agree how files are exchanged and who has access, so the process matches your IT policy.
- A pilot first. A small, well-defined work package lets you judge quality and communication before a larger commitment.

Scale
Add engineers or work packages as confidence grows.
Frequently asked questions
Does Profesyst have an office in Australia?
No. Profesyst delivers from its engineering centres in Bengaluru and Pune, India. Onsite support at your facility can be discussed for projects that need it.
Can you work to Australian standards?
Yes. We work to the drawing standards, units and templates you specify, and we confirm them with you before starting. Responsibility for compliance and sign-off stays with you or your registered professionals.
How do we collaborate across time zones?
Australian hours overlap with the India working day for two to five hours. We agree a regular review call inside that window, and work continues after your day ends.
How is our data protected?
Every Profesyst employee signs a non-disclosure agreement, and our engineering centres run on controlled infrastructure with physical and data security, network security and remote backup. We agree confidentiality and data-handling terms in writing before work starts.
How do we get started?
Send us a short brief, or a sample work package, through the contact form. We confirm scope, inputs, deliverables and review points with you, and a small pilot package is a common way to begin, before committing to a larger programme.
